A.02 links the Open Gaming Foundation and Wizards of the Coast solely
through my participation.

As I told you in private email, I, not Wizards, own the computer that hosts
the OGF web site and mailing lists, (in fact, I own the company providing
ISP services as well), I own the software running on that computer or am
using Free software, I have written all the HTML code for the OGF web site,
I am the person who does all the system maintenance, and I am solely
responsible for the Open Gaming Foundation at this time.

As I also told you in private email, nobody from Wizards of the Coast
oversees my work on this issue, no other person from Wizards of the Coast is
involved in any aspect of the operation or efforts of the Foundation (though
Sean Reynolds has offered to help with the web site), and I am not working
on the Foundation on behalf of Wizards of the Coast.

Luckily, we live in a society where corporations do not own people, and the
concept of chattel has been disgraced. Therefore, to suggest that because I
happen to work for Wizards of the Coast, each and every single thing that I
do in my private life must therefore be an extension of Wizards of the Coast
corporate policy is not only inaccurate, but indeed highly insulting.
