Add a separate insert.  You can preprint them, and it doesn't have to be
part of the actual product, as long as it's included with the product.

I'd say this is the cost of doing business.  Think of it this way: How
much have you saved by using OGC? How much have you gained by attaching
the D20 logo?  How much does it cost to add one page of notice?  Is it
worth it?

In my mind, the spirit of the OGL requires you to make this as easy as
possible for people to understand that they, too, now have some OGC in
their hands, and that they have the right to take that OGC and modify it
and reprint it and so on.  

If they have to go to a web page to find that out, the spirit of open
gaming gets a bit restless and starts haunting you. ;)
