I was specifically referring to selling material, and to material which is
distributed in paper form.

Actually, that wasn't the one I meant.  I was referring to the copious legal
discussions that have appeared here and on Usenet regarding what constitutes
a derivative work.  The thread you mention has very little to do with that.

Lets not open the 'online policy vs OGL' thread again, and just agree to
disagree on when it is appropriate to use the OGL.
