As far as I'm aware, S&SS has released all the monsters for use, you
just need to provide it with a particular name of your own use.

They did not have to, I am just giving you feedback as a potential
developer that it would have been helpful to me for WW to have released
something I could use (once again, including the name).

Use the stats, and give it your own name. That's what I'll be doing for
those creatures that I develop that are unique to my setting. Of
course, that is if I ever manage to get down to developing the setting.
It's coming slowly, but I just have too many projects I'm working on,
and I'm also trying to find a job...
