Thank you Clark, I had not thought of it from that
perspective.  That is a very good suggestion - I
forgot about the part that the OGL allows for
independenat agreements to use PI stuff.  
You have to realise from my perspecitve that I am
"heady" on the OG aspects of d20 and some of those
monsters you guys created are pretty amazing -and I
just *have* to use them myself :>.
