Greta- You should contact the people at Sword and Sorcery (Sword and Sorcery is seperate from Necromancer Games). They have the licensing rights. I dont want to speak for them but I imagine it would be easy to get them to let you use a monster name in a product. Remember, making a name Product Identity (or non-open) doesnt mean you cant use it in a product. It just means you cant use it without asking first and getting permission. I think that is what Sword and Sorcery was going for.
