They could still grant that permission, y'know.  "You may use the PI from 
the CC, but you have to jump though these hoops and point to the CC for the 
picture and description."

As d20 is showing, it *IS* possible to cut rights granted by the OGL as a 
condition of using PI, especially trademarks.
