Something has been bugging me about this ever since you said it, and it finally crystallized. How can a magazine such as Dragon publish OGC without becoming 'infected' with the OGL? It seems that the current license doesn't allow this sort of publication. If so, then I think it will deal a serious blow to the acceptance of Open Gaming unless we can fix it.
