Again, just to be clear: The purpose of PI is to ensure that specific things
are >excluded< from material that might otherwise be considered Open Game
Content.  It is a way for publishers to affirmatively restrict the use of
their non-game intellectual property, and to help future users of their Open
Game Content clearly understand what can be removed and repurposed, and what
cannot be.
