So citing something as PI is really just a means of flagging it, right? It's
sort of an override indicating that no matter where something indicated as PI is
found within the text, it is still not OGC. Yes?
So, for example: in a Penumbra adventure an NPC's name is printed in a gray
"OGC Box" with his stats, while simultaneously being documented elsewhere in the
product as PI. The PI status would basically extract the NPC's name from the OGC
Box for purposes of copyright and other law? Or am I assuming too much?
