And what defines the boundaries of a webzine "work"?

If it's a single webpage, then you can't simply link to the OGL -- you
need to include it on every single page of any OGL-compatible webpage.
(This would
suck, BTW.)

If it's more than a single webpage, then what exactly constitutes the
boundary? And how does this differ from a magazine?

For example, let's say I put up a "Wild Wild D20 Project", and link to
it from my homepage. Is my entire homepage now considered under the D20?
What if I
link to someone else's D20 or OGL project? Is my homepage still
considered under the D20 or OGL? Everything I link to from my homepage?

Okay, another situation: I'm Steven Marsh, editor of Pyramid Magazine. I
post a D20 or OGL article. Are all the other articles from that week
considered
under the D20 or OGL? All the other articles from that month? Any
article accessible in Pyramid's archives? Every single page of the SJG
website?

Now, I'm running a paper magazine. I publish a D20 or OGL article. Are
all the other articles from that issue under the D20 or OGL? All the
other articles
ever published in the magazine?

How do these situations differ from one another?

Where's the standard?
