Yes, but be sure you don't infringe on Wizards' copyrights when you do it.
Though they cannot copyright the concepts of character creation and level
advancement, those sections in the PHB are completely protected. Use your
own words.
Same goes for a MUD. A MUD is an probably an "Interactive Game" anyway,
which means you couldn't use the logo regardless of character creation or
experience.
