No you can't.  They are not violating YOUR previous work.  They designated
the stuff derived from your open work as open.  Meanwhile, they have
designated every frost monster name as closed.  Therefore, you cannot
use the stuff derived from YOUR open work until you get permission to
use the frost monster name and cite their work.
