Hmmmmm....   Thinking very hard about this one.  Isn't that like implying a 
RESPONSIBILITY for a work you have "opened"?  Isn't something "opened" 
essentially in the public domain (at least within the framework of the 
license)?  The original publisher has "cut it loose" STS.

Not sure...
