In the situation you are describing, they *ARE* violating my work, because I
am listed as a copyright holder in Section 15 of the OGL of every work that
derives from mine.  It doesn't matter how deep the chain gets, or how many
derived works I am removed from the offender.  I always retain my rights to
every derivative work, because every one of those derived works has been
created through a license to me.  That's the purpose of the copyright
block - so everyone knows who has ownership of the material in question.

Yes, that means wizards has grounds to notify a party of a violation of
everything that has ever been derived from the SRD.

No, it doesn't work that way.  I have standing to notify them that they are
in breach.  I can use my work as I see fit, but I cannot use THEIR work
until they cure the breach.
