True, but you get increased buying power if you do have a trademarked logo
on your product. And if you have such a logo that promote an open system,
you can create a network of compatible products from third-party publisher
(who will use your royalty-free trademark use license) and increase the
buying power even more.

Exactly what loophole are you referring to, in case I have overlooked it.
Because AFAIC, both trademark license and OGL would prevent you from
referring to any other trademarked product without the trademark owner's
permission.

Yes, I did mentioned that loophole in my post above, utilizing the class
feature.

Perhaps by writing into your product two things:

1. XP Award (if it's different from the SRD)
2. XP Conversion Chart to Skill Points, Cost of Ability score increase, etc.

Of course, it's up to the gamer-consumer to put two and two together.
