The Phaerimm (from Monsters of Faerun) comes to mind immediately.

Also, from the Monster Manual (and SRD), the Aranea. More in the 
Monsters of Faerun (quick glance, so I might have missed some): 
Choldrith, Cloaker Lord, Malaugrym.
