humanoid head amd arms (choldrith)
not able to advance as anything but a sorcer (phaerrim)
shapechanger with a human form (malaugrym)
and the cloaker, which is a humanoid form (two arms and head) tacked onto 
a cloak. You're talking someone who bought the first appearance of the 
cloaker the year it came out.

Not to mention that none of those are in the SRD. hmm :)
