PCGen is not compliant and has not even been close to
compliant. They have blatantly used non-OGC material
for a long time. Anyone who bothered to read the
license would know that they werent allowed to use
that content. I just cant listen to anyone spin this
to say PCGen was even close to compliant. They werent.
It is only by WotC's good graces that they exist.

Dont take this to mean I dont like PCGen. I do. I just
cant tolerate any suggestion that they were anything
other than totally and blatantly noncompliant.
