Since GenCon the PCGen guys have been working with Wizards.  So far Wizards
has request they remove any non-SRD (Wizards) source files and that they go
through the code and remove any hardcoded formulas and references.  I don't
think they're going to be technically OGL compliant, but Wizards seems to
have a level of tolerance for software tools like that, only requiring basic
things like what they're asking of PCGen.
