Don't underestimate the complexity added by truly distributed
systems. Centralization isn't a bad thing per se.

My experiance is, that people need a somewhat structurized
enviroment to work in. And that a central convergence point
is cruical. Though, i must admit that i've never had experiance
with a fully distributed development project.
