Ok - sorry for taking a while in getting this collected. I have a
tcpdump from one of the failures at
<http://web.mit.edu/broder/Public/iscsi/iscsi_traffic-2008-12-18-11-20.pcap.bz2>.
The failure should occur about halfway through the log. The
corresponding syslog is at
<http://web.mit.edu/broder/Public/iscsi/syslog-2008-12-18-11-20.bz2>

I'll hopefully have a log with this information in the next few days.
