Thanks Matt, I just grabbed the stable again, and ran it from command prompt, and everything worked so far. BDadmin page came up fine. I didn't have to mod any code or anything.
I think it is running as a service which is breaking for me, since that seems to require modding code as mentioned in the wiki. I'm going to try setting it up for a service now... and dang.. success. I don't know what the issue was. I guess I was just following the dated wiki to closely, then I started working with the nightly, and while that worked better, the admin page was crashing..
