To show I'm not just going to complain and not pitch in:

I'm working on a document explaining my experience using the ready 2 run
on Windows 2003 Small Business Servers as the heart of a intranet
application engine, in our case a java / ColdFusion based POS system.
When it's done I'll send it to the council for review and possible
publishing.

I'm also been working on a exe installer of the r2r onto a windows box
that loads the service during the install. It's not yet working and that
internal project has stalled because of work issues but if there's
interest in it I'll see if I can get it back to active status. We have
been using the NSIS open source installer to build the exe.

If I can help with other Windows users or help with documentation I will
be happy to.

Scott

Linux or Windows, it's a personal preference based off personal
experiences. I don't believe anyone is trying to "push" anyone, people
in general just have a natural tendency to promote what their personal
experiences have convinced them is the ideal.

We understand the opinion that there needs to be more documentation
tailored to windows users, and we will do our best to accommodate that
opinion in the future.
