I don't know what the issue was. I guess I was just following the dated wiki to closely, then I started working with the nightly, and while that worked better, the admin page was crashing..
And you did NOT have to change any files from the download to get things working correctly on Windows right? Just want to confirm that for other people reading this thread either now or in the future.
So.. now I get to plug in my code and see how far I get tonight.
