As someone that hates Linux mostly because of a lack of a good GUI and
being forced to use a command line so much I can say I would only use
Windows or Apple servers for production. Point and click is far better
than command line unless you like remembering the 20,000+ phrases and
obscure words that have to be typed in every time to do anything. 5
minutes of typing or 10 seconds of clicking. I see why Linux wins with
techies. Coming down off soapbox now just get frustrated with all the
pushing to Linux the group does to us Windows users.

I agree the ready 2 run for Windows should be setup for a Windows
service first and have a command line option for those few Windows
developers that do not like to have their tools start when their box
starts.
