Rob,

 rightee! That's something that will happen in the future if Opencard ever
gets far. So until then, I'd suggest doing it on a per-need basis, to turn
around Rob's words on his tongue: If the list feels someone really needs
it, we ask Scott to donate another one. Else we refer them to the Starter
Kit.

 This way we can avoid the notion that MC was given away for free on this list.
