Alain : I suggest that we quickly include the founding members that you
mentionned above, without any voting whatsoever. We know who's-who for
now. The 25% rule will only be applied to the others that will follow.

Alain : I did this with the dozen or so UFP members that were in our
"members" stack/CGI. But don't let this stop you. Many UFP'ers have not
been contacted and no OpenCard'ers at all. Worse comes to worse,
several UFP'ers will receive another invitation to rejoin us.
