Adrian:  I guess you'd have to ask the question, what's a 
contribution?  My first programming contribution to OpenCard will 
be the voting cgi, however people are suggesting that I become a 
fully fleged member even before I deliver that.  Obviously my 
contributions have been made through email discussions, but one 
email shouldn't count as a contribution - unless it's a really good 
one... and you see the problem.  How bout we just axe this 
requirement, it will be enforced by requiring member support to 
become a member.
