Anthony: Oh no... here come the contribution measurements again...

Anthony: I think I like Sctott's(?) proposal that those already with a
         MetaCard licence vote for new licence applications is good.

Anthony: To start, maybe Adrian, Alain, Uli, MP0werd, Rob, spierlings(sp?),
         the two Michaels, and I would get a licence.
