A problem that seems to be "linux-only", is the colour bar in the dialogue
window of the colormap module.
It shows the correct colour spectrum in 8 and 32 bpp; with 16 bpp it shows
scrambled colours.
(Haven't heard of this occurring on other platforms).

The most recent 4.0.9 has dealt with the previously incorrect behaviour of
the Frame Control (Sequencer) under OpenDX+LessTif.
