Hi,
playing with the FBO viewport, I noticed a strange behaviour when rendering
the very first frame. The resulting texture contains a render with an
incorrect aspect ratio and seems to be cut... is it caused by something not
yet initialized?
In attached a test program that exhibits this behaviour. The rendering
occurs frame-by-frame at any key press. It starts black, then renders the
first frame which is incorrect, and then it is correct.
playing with the test program, we also noticed that the problem disappears
if we do a mgr->redraw() *before* fboVP->render(rAct) [ see the void
keyboard(...) function ]
I tried to look into the FBOViewport.cpp but I don't understand
it and unfortunately I can't step into it with my debugger. But
it "feels" like some uninitialized texture....
BTW, looking at the code I made a frightening discovery:
It seems as if in any rendering loop (line 729)
"TileCameraDecoratorPtr tiledeco = TileCameraDecorator::create();"
gets called :(
Any suggestions?
Regards,
Toni
