Ah, I see. Interesting. Scratch my comments to a reply below about not being able to see other files systems. I'll have to think on this and check out the Solaris compiler IDE. Some of the technical blogs you cite in replies below are a bit over my head, though. I'm not entirely happy with my Mac Mini because I lost a large portion of my HD following some poorly documented RAID setup instructions. And the keyboard shortcuts in programs like PAGE kept messing me up (hello OpenOffice). But I like the seamless way that OS X packages and hardware install without having to go to command line windows. Not to mention the setup for network connections, compared to Windows 2000 and NT. I've done my share of Timeshare, Telnet, DOS, Unix and AIX command line work, and I'm not that eager to go back and learn another system. IDE for me, please.
