I think that there are plenty of good opportunities for a backronym.

You just create or ask secretariat to create IETF-WG-GREEN organization.
(If they do it, then they set some defaults and arrange backups)

It sounds like you've become a BOF co-chair.
Was that intended?

Nope, chairing the BOF is not my plan ;-).  But I am happy to try and help 
corral folks, do some BOF prefer, and help draft a charter.
