Sellers are encouraged in the guidelines to put their desired licensing
terms in their product descriptions. Yash has chosen not to do that. It
may or may not result in an outcome that he doesn't like, but it's his
choice as a seller/author. (If he doesn't like the outcome, he can change
his mind in the future.)

I'd mentioned several weeks back that one of OrigamiUSA's website-related
goals was to set up a rightsowner directory that basically provided an
easy way to find out what sorts of licensing terms artists wished on their
work. There would be existing licenses to choose from (as well as some
free-form entry for authors whose choices didn't fit the standard ones.)
Once it's in place, we could also, I think, link to products in The
Source, even existing products (like file downloads already being sold).
Several readers of this list volunteered to assist with this project, but
it's still in the queue to get going. The main reason it's not going yet
is that it needs active involvement of the (volunteer) OrigamiUSA web
team, who have been a little booked up lately (did I mention that we have
a file download store?). But I expect it will rev up in the coming several
weeks.
