Good to know, but that's hard to tell from outside, esp. as things change and
evolve...

Despite all the things I hate about Paypal, that they do not share payment info
is the one thing that justifies why they have become my hub of online money
related activity...

Another possibility I've recently investigated for another organization is
PopMoney.
They don't charge $$$ but they sit on the transfer for a few days, which is how
I think they're making their money. In this case, we don't mind the few extra
days as it means more $$ for us. (I haven't been following this closely enough
to know if you've investigated using them or not.)

And please keep us appraised (as I'm sure you will).
For myself personally, Paypal is the only way I pay online anymore, for the
reasons given above and by the other posters, so I hope that a Paypal option is
somehow able to come to be. I was not aware of the option to get a credit card
linked to Paypal, so that might well be an intermediate option for some folks.
As there is nothing I "have to have right now" :-), I'm content to wait to see
if a direct Paypal option can come about.

This is all very cool! There is a lot of 'behind the scenes' work going on that
we don't/won't ever know of. Thank you to everyone who has made it happen!
