How about habit? One thing people always have a hard time to cope. Change, adapt. (Two?) I've seen 3 Office Suite in one computer. Microsoft, Star, and Open. Go guess which one get frequent click-thru. When I see those situation, I wonder where the ~90% OSS adoption in Malaysia Government..
