Hi Sukender,
SVNCOMMAND is set within the IF (OSG_MAINTAINER) block in
OpenSceneGraph/CMakeLists.txt:
SET(SVNCOMMAND svn)
I couldn't spot where where you saw SVNCOMMAND reported as not found.
