I made some more tweaks to the cmake files, to build for the simulator. I'll test with the merged changes post them after some cleanups. One was to remove -miphoneos-version-min from the simulator CXXFLAGS. The final roadblock a.t.m. is building the imageio plugin, it simply won't go through (complaining about CFXML* stuff, no idea).
