Hi Robert,

now I did it outside frame. Id doesnt crash anymore ... but, it hangs at

_endDynamicDrawBlock->block();
void ViewerBase::renderingTraversals()

after view removal

I have composite viewer
with 
setThreadingModel(osgViewer::CompositeViewer::CullThreadPerCameraDrawThreadPerContext);

any ideas ?
