Hi Robert, I think I have been able to fix the error you saw and the warnings inside the code I can control.
Regarding the warnings from the Oculus SDK. I really don't know the best way of handling the reporting of errors in the SDK. Oculus have a support forum, but it is sadly a huge mess. There is a section for reporting errors with the SDK. But that section is filled with lots of hardware issues and angry teenage gamers who can't get the latest game to work with their new toy (even though the game lacks official support). I have tried to report a couple of things during the years. Some have been picked up by the Oculus staff, others have just downed in the noise.
