I will answer my questions by myself :)

I restarted phone and compiled app starts normally, but I discovered that 
it was built without NDK so is incredibly slow :)

I've cloned osmand-core (info from 
https://github.com/osmandapp/OsmAnd-manifest/blob/master/readonly.xml) and 
started NDK build.
