Assuming you sent GenericAgent.pm, not possibly GenericAgent.pm.dist,
you're doing too much. This is enough (as job!):
'delete' => { Queue => 'Junk',
Locks => ['unlock'],
New => { Delete => 1 },
},
I left away the states definition which could have prevented GA from
doing what you want.
Again, check if you really modified GenericAgent.pm.
