thanks for the suggestion robert but this is also not filtering mail which 
matches into the set queue:

$Self->{'PostMaster::PreFilterModule'}->{'1-Match'} = {
        Module => 'Kernel::System::PostMaster::Filter::Match',
        Match => { 'From' => '.+ at aol\.com', },
        Set => { 'X-OTRS-Queue' => 'Misc', },
    };

what might i try next?
