Hello Diane,

Are you suggesting that I am not open minded? I do have a very broad perspective on things, coming from a widely travelled background and actual experience in many births and places.... I also have direct experience with Grantly Dick Read through his son, who enrolled in our Graduate Diploma but failed to complete the written work. We had the opportunity to discuss the underlying ideas of his father in a workshop, but I felt that, in some ways, they lacked credibility (although well meaning, and obviously caring) becasue they were based on observation and were not borne of personal insights.

I am intrigued by your last comment. What do you mean by a "fueled discussion"? I think all discussions are propelled by a belief or a conviction about a topic....

Regards

Andrea

And I wonder why no one commented on it at the time either.

It's such a shame Andrea when people can't be open minded enough to accept
that alternative therapies have a very real place in our lives and I for one
am so pleased that someone took the time to do "mind work" with me otherwise
I wouldn't be here today loving and sharing every moment of life today.

I don't get involved in fueled discussions.

Diane Gardner
