I guess I'm a little slow in following up on this thread, and missed this
comment. Thanks for the praise, but it's not anything Poser does. The clue is
where the message starts with "Form.c, Line: 806,...". When you see those
messages, they are generated by the Palm OS (or application or anything else
that's being emulated) calling ErrDisplayFileLineMessage.

No, it's not an NT problem. It's a warning suggesting you follow the Palm
design guidelines. According to those, a popup form should always be full
width, bottom justified, and with the Ok/Cancel/whatever exit buttons on the
bottom, with the documented horizontal distribution.
I suggest you take a glance at the PalmOS Programmer's Companion.
BTW, I didn't know Poser did this kind of check. Nice work, Keith. Keep it up!
