Ok it's a requirement.  But full width is kind of vague.  Does my 
form have to be 160 x 160 or can it be set as 156 x 156 with a border 
of a couple of pixels.  When I set my form width and height to 160 x 
160 the border is missing.  When I set it to 156 x 156 with a top, 
left of 2,2 and a wide border, the border is visible.  What is the 
requirement:

1) width and height of 160 x 160 or
2) form content edge to edge.
