the compression in PilRC works fine on all devices that i have
tested.. i think it was a "scare" thing - the guy who wrote it
did not think his code was good enough, but in fact - it works
perfectly :P
i have tested it with bitmaps on all os versions from 1.0 to 3.5
the compression does not work when your bitmap is larger than the
screen area (or goes outside of it).. this is a problem with
WinDrawBitmap - not the bitmap resources themselves :P
