well.. i have a Palm Professional and Personal :)) still running 2.0
the devices themselves are *slow*.. and ugly :P so i dont use it in
my everyday use (heck, even my IIIc end up in a drawer).

i offer free versions of my games by allowing users to fill in a simple
survey providing their name, email, device etc etc.. and you'd be
surprised how many people are still using Palm Professional devices
(yes, i support Palm Professional and above). although, the main device
users are IIIc and Vx (for gaming), there is still a small percentage
that still use the Palm Professional.
the term "hand me down" comes to mind. how many people upgrade their
device from a Palm Professional to a Palm V, and just give the old
device to their kids?
