the survey showed HOW MANY people are using their devices for playing
Donkie Kung Jr (at least, those who bothered to fill out the survey).
the Symbol device was not being shown as "popular" for this game.

see this? three people use Donkie Kung Jr on their Symbol devices.
its not 0%, its more like 0.0001% - i just rounded to 2dp.

did you bother to find out what Donkie Kung Jr was before you
replied to this? :)) i am sure, if it was a bar code scanning
application, 80% or so would be for Symbol devices.

unless you need the special features of the Symbol device, consider
it a Palm III style device (or the appropriate equivilant)..

for more statistics on your type of applications field, you need to
run these types of surveys yourself. for the following products:

    Donkie Kung Jr,
    Parashoot,
    Oktopus,
    Phire! and
    Hoards of the Deep Realm

the top 60% always consists of IIIc, Vx, V and Visor Deluxe. as a
game developer, i can see that < 6% of the results show that people
  use a device with anything before palmos 3.1 (1.0, 2.0 or 3.0). i
could make my baseline 3.1 in this case - but, i have no reason to.

  cheers
